An analytically minded Performance Marketer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. Additionally, the candidate will strategize and implement sales campaigns to improve ROI for our clients.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
Create A/B tests for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven insights to improve ROI.
Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversion.
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop creative assets for campaigns.
Keep up with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising channels.
Generate and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding of ad targeting and re-targeting techniques.
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and marketing funnel optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in exceptional communication and presentation skills is expected.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and landing page design principles is a plus.
